What does research use only mean?
Research use only means these materials are sold for in vitro and laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use.
Do you give usage or dosing advice?
No. Products are sold for laboratory research only, and the desk does not provide dosing, preparation or usage guidance.
How do I request a certificate of analysis?
Email [email protected] with the compound name and your order reference. Lot documents are issued with the batch.
Which products have a certificate of analysis?
A Certificate of Analysis can be requested for any peptide batch currently sold. The compounds covered are listed on the certificates page with their catalogue id and purity target.
How quickly will I receive a certificate?
The aim is one business day once the order reference is known and the certificate is on file. Lot numbers are issued with the batch.
What purity are the peptides?
Peptide listings carry a purity target of ≥99% by HPLC. The batch certificate of analysis is available on request.
Where are the certificates?
Published certificate information is on the certificates page.
What is the UK shipping threshold?
UK shipping is a flat £5. It is free when the post-discount goods subtotal reaches £75. Dispatch is on weekdays. Full notes are on the shipping page.
What is the same-day dispatch cutoff?
Orders placed and paid by 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday, UK time, aim to be dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking is available on request from 5 days after despatch. Contact the desk with your order reference.
Can I return a research product?
Research chemicals are not returnable for change of mind once dispatched. If something is wrong with your order, contact the desk and we will look into it.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or short?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Please record a video or take photos while opening the pack, as this helps support resolve the issue quickly.
